Who is Ken Ofori Atta that he can’t be investigated — Edudzi Kudzo Tameklo

NDC’s Director of Legal Services, Edudzi Kudzo Tameklo, has raised concerns over the absence of investigations into former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, questioning why he remains untouched despite numerous allegations.

Speaking on TV3’s The KeyPoints, he stated, “What exactly is the problem? Is it that Ofori-Atta is above being declared wanted or being investigated?”

He compared the situation to former President John Mahama, who was once investigated under the Akufo-Addo administration.

Lawyer Tameklo also pointed out that previous government officials, including Finance Minister Kwame Peprah and Deputy Sipa Yankey, faced legal consequences.

He further claimed that Akufo-Addo’s appointees should be grateful that President Mahama, who believes in due process, is now in power.
