Kumawood actress Maame Serwaa, whose real name is Clara Benson, has denied rumors that she had surgery to change her body.
Speaking on Emelia Brobbey’s Okukuseku Show, Maame Serwaa said her body is completely natural. She made it clear that she has never had any procedures like liposuction or a tummy tuck.
However, she admitted that she once thought about breast reduction surgery. She explained that she felt her breasts were too big, which made her consider the procedure. “The only time I thought about changing my body was to make my breasts smaller,” she said.
Maame Serwaa also mentioned that if she ever decided to have surgery, she would be open about it. She said she would document the process and share it with others. According to her, this would help people understand why some individuals choose to undergo body enhancement procedures—not just for looks but for personal reasons as well.
The actress wants people to know the truth about her body and hopes to clear any false rumors about surgery.
