Ghanaian Men Struggle with Relationships – Adu Safowaa

Ghanaian socialite and media personality Adu Safowaa has expressed concerns about how many Ghanaian men handle relationships. Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM, she stated that single men, in particular, tend to put excessive pressure on their partners.

According to Adu Safowaa, while Ghanaian men are often skilled in building their careers and businesses, they struggle to maintain healthy romantic relationships.

“Most single men know how to build their careers, but they don’t understand how to live peacefully with their girlfriends. They are usually more focused on work and external pursuits than on their relationships,” she explained.

Sharing her personal experiences, she revealed that she has been in relationships with eight men—six single and two married. Surprisingly, she found the married men to be more caring and attentive than the single ones.

“I enjoyed dating the married ones. Even though they were busy with work and family, I always felt at ease with them,” she disclosed.

Adu Safowaa also highlighted her nurturing nature in relationships, stating that she enjoys taking care of her partners and ensuring their well-being.

“I see my boyfriends as my projects. I love to care for them and keep tabs on all aspects of their lives,” she added.
