The Adwumawura Programme is designed to create employment pathways for young people by partnering with industries and businesses to offer job placements, entrepreneurship support, and vocational training.

Meanwhile, the National Apprenticeship Programme aims to equip young individuals with practical skills through structured training in various trades, helping them secure stable livelihoods.

The newly formed technical working committee consists of experts and stakeholders from relevant sectors who will ensure the effective execution of both initiatives. Their mandate includes policy implementation, monitoring progress, and recommending necessary adjustments to maximize impact.

Hon. Opare Addo urged the committee to work diligently, emphasizing that these programmes are not just about job creation but about building a skilled and self-sufficient workforce for the nation’s future.
