I know how you made Your Money so Stop Lying Else – Lawyer Maurice Ampaw

Controversial Ghanaian lawyer Maurice Ampaw has issued a stern warning to businessman Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, threatening to expose the true source of his wealth.

Ampaw’s remarks follow a recent interview in which the Bills Micro Credit founder claimed to have worked as a kitchen porter in the UK, washing around 5,000 plates daily to survive. However, speaking on Wontumi TV, Ampaw strongly refuted these claims, asserting that he knew the real story behind Quaye’s financial success.

“I know how you made your money, so stop lying, or I’ll expose you,” Ampaw declared. He further alleged that he witnessed the early struggles Quaye endured with his ex-wife, adding that the narrative of washing thousands of plates was far from the truth.

“Life begins at 40, but if God blesses you, it may start earlier. When you were struggling with your wife, some of us knew. So, it’s not true that he washed 5,000 plates. Don’t talk about those things. We know where your money comes from,” Ampaw said.
