I have no Regrets about the Childish things I did – Sista Afia

Ghanaian songstress Sista Afia has opened up about her journey in the music industry, acknowledging the mistakes she made along the way as a young artist but affirming that she has no regrets.

Speaking on UTV’s U-Cook show, hosted by Empress Gifty, the Corner Corner hitmaker admitted to engaging in what she described as childish things in her early career. However, she was quick to clarify that her recent transformation, particularly in her fashion choices and overall demeanor, was entirely self-driven, not influenced by her management.

Sista Afia revealed that she occasionally revisits her old videos and social media posts, moments that inspire self-reflection. Yet, instead of dwelling on past mistakes, she views them as essential parts of her personal and artistic evolution. She questioned the need to regret the past, emphasizing its role in shaping who she is today.

The past made me who I am, and I cannot take that out. I love the way my life is going, she stated, highlighting that every experience, whether impulsive or intentional, has contributed to her growth and maturity.
