Nana Tornado has once again sparked debate with his bold stance on religion and self-determination.
During an appearance on the show “Rants, Bants, and Confessions,” hosted by Efia Odo and Rosey, Tornado criticized religion for encouraging people to rely on miracles instead of taking control of their own lives.
“I had a friend who always tried to push his religious beliefs on me whenever we talked about God. Out of frustration, I had to cut him off. He believes in that, but it’s not for me,” he shared.
Reflecting on past experiences, he recalled facing criticism for openly questioning religious ideologies on social media. He believes many people are trapped in a mindset that leads them to wait for divine intervention instead of taking action to improve their lives.
“In the past, I used to wait, thinking God would take care of everything at the right time. But who told you that? Nothing will happen unless you wake up and make it happen yourself!” he asserted.
Tornado emphasizes that individuals have full control over their lives and should not rely on external spiritual forces for success.
