President Mahama Bids Farewell to Outgoing Envoys from Angola, Malta and France

President John Dramani Mahama has bid farewell to three outgoing envoys whose duty tours of Ghana have come to an end. The envoys include H.E. João Domingos Baptista Quiosa of Angola, H.E. Jean Claude Galea Mallia of Malta, and H.E. Jules Armand Aniambossou of France.
At separate meetings held at the Flagstaff House, President Mahama commended the diplomats for their distinguished service and contributions to strengthening bilateral relations between Ghana and their respective countries. He praised their efforts in advancing cooperation in areas such as trade, education, security, and cultural exchange.
The Angolan envoy, H.E. Quiosa, was recognized for his role in deepening ties within the energy and natural resources sector, while Malta’s H.E. Galea Mallia was lauded for fostering new partnerships in education and maritime affairs. France’s H.E. Aniambossou was praised for promoting cultural diplomacy and supporting initiatives that enhanced Franco-Ghanaian relations.
The outgoing ambassadors expressed their appreciation to President Mahama and the people of Ghana for the warm hospitality and collaboration they enjoyed during their service. They described Ghana as a beacon of peace and democracy in Africa and pledged to continue supporting Ghana’s development even after their tenure.
