Dalive-Torzikpota Electoral Area gets 5-Member Special Workforce Committee

The Dalive-Torzikpota Electoral Area in the South Tongu Municipality has taken a significant step towards enhancing community development with the inauguration of a five-member special workforce committee.
Selected from five communities on merit during the 7th Community Engagement Meeting (CEM 7), the committee will play a vital role in supporting Assembly Member Hon. Peter Narteh in effective representation and driving growth under his Field Organization Drive initiatives.
Hon. Narteh has been actively engaged in various community development initiatives, including organizing clean-up exercises to promote hygiene and prevent rodent infestation, facilitating enrollment of electorates into the government’s National Apprenticeship Program, and Ghana Enterprise Agency’s Business-In-Box initiatives.
Additionally, he has enhanced Parent-Teacher Association engagements to improve education and addressed key and urgent issues affecting the area, among others.
The assembly member has also announced plans to secure development projects for the area, with a focus on addressing the unavailability of water to six out of the seven communities. This initiative is expected to significantly improve the lives of residents and promote economic growth.
The establishment of the special workforce committee demonstrates the community’s commitment to collaborative governance and development. With this team in place, the Dalive-Torzikpota Electoral Area is poised to tackle challenges, capitalize on growth opportunities, and make meaningful progress in the coming months.
