New Media Association of Ghana Hosts First-Ever New Media Games 2025

The New Media Association of Ghana (NMAG) is gearing up for the highly anticipated New Media Games 2025, scheduled to take place on Sunday, 30th November 2025, at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon.

The event will bring together bloggers, content creators, influencers, digital journalists, and creatives from across the country for a day of competition, networking, and celebration of Ghana’s evolving digital landscape.

The president of the New Media Association, Eugene Osafo-Nkansah stated at the launch that the New Media Games was created to strengthen unity and collaboration among practitioners, many of whom work independently.  This initiative aims to build relationships, promote healthy competition, and create a strong community culture within the fast-growing new media space. Organizers also believe the Games will offer a platform for member visibility, brand engagement, and partnerships that can support the long-term growth of the sector.

This year’s edition will feature football matches, athletics, thug of war, arm wrestling and several interactive activities designed to encourage teamwork and networking. The Games will also serve as an avenue for stakeholders in the creative, media, and corporate sectors to connect with digital professionals.

The 2025 New Media Games will set a new standard for collaboration within Ghana’s digital ecosystem. A large turnout is expected and the public and industry stakeholders are invited to join.

The New Media Games 2025 is produced by RITE SPORTS SERVICES and support by Ayudahub Ltd, Rigworld Solutions, Peeva Beverages, Ekumfi Juice, Shaxi, CompuGhana LTD and Special Ice.
