Vice President Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang Inspects Stalled Projects in Ashanti Region

Vice President Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has embarked on a working visit to the Ashanti Region, where she inspected several stalled projects across the Region. The visit formed part of the government’s broader efforts to assess ongoing infrastructural challenges and ensure that abandoned or delayed projects receive the attention needed for completion.

Prof. Opoku-Agyemang toured key sites and engaged directly with contractors, community leaders, and residents to gain a deeper understanding of the setbacks hindering progress. She emphasized that the government is committed to addressing these issues to ensure that resources already invested do not go to waste and that citizens benefit fully from promised development projects.

The Vice President also assured communities that the administration would prioritize transparency and accountability in monitoring construction timelines.
