The Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation makes changes to its staff

The Ghanaian Minister of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation (MoCDTI) is making changes to its staff as part of the government’s plan to improve governance in Ghana.

As part of this process, Minister Samuel Nartey George has asked all Directors and senior managers to submit their CVs. This suggests that some staff changes will happen soon to improve how the Ministry operates.

The Ministry announced this in a statement on Saturday, February 15, 2025. The statement said the first phase of the restructuring has already started, affecting key institutions like the National Communications Authority (NCA) and the Ghana Digital Acceleration Programme, which works with the World Bank. More changes within the Ministry and its agencies are expected in the coming weeks.

Minister George thanked all staff members for their hard work and service to the country. He also wished them success in their future careers.
