Nollywood actress Ini Edo is grieving the passing of her father, whom she described as her “greatest cheerleader” and “first love.” In a heartfelt social media post, she expressed the deep pain of his loss, saying that while her heart aches, heaven has gained an angel.

“This post has been the hardest to make… I have lost my greatest cheerleader: my beloved father, my first love. The heavens have gained an angel. You will forever remain in my heart. Rest in peace, King,” she wrote.

Speculation about her father’s passing began three weeks ago when she posted an image of a burning candle with the cryptic caption, “Where do broken hearts go?” At the time, she neither confirmed nor denied the rumors, leaving fans concerned.
