NDC will remain in Power for Long – Vim Lady

Media personality Afia Pokua, widely known as Vim Lady, has expressed her belief that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will remain in power for an extended period following John Dramani Mahama’s presidency.

During her appearance on her show Gyaso Gyaso, she praised President Mahama for his commitment to rewarding loyalty, pointing to his recent appointments as evidence of his leadership style.

Vim Lady notably highlighted Abeiku Santana’s nomination as Deputy Minister-designate for Tourism, stating that Mahama appreciates those who have supported him throughout his career.

“Abeiku Santana’s appointment is well-deserved. Mahama does not forget those who have stood by him,” she remarked. “This is the type of leadership that strengthens a party.”

She further suggested that if Mahama continues to adopt this approach, the NDC could achieve long-term political dominance, making it challenging for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to regain power.
